This subtly staged exhibition will be on view during the summer months of June, July and August.
It encompasses works by James Bishop, Robert Mangold and Jerry Zeniuk, by Joseph Egan, Sol LeWitt and Glen Rubsamen, by Richard Francisco, Rita McBride and Mario Merz, as well as Giulio Paolini and Andreas Christen.
From July 6 through August 24, we ask that you contact us to arrange a prior appointment by phone (044 201 3235) or e-mail (office@annemarie-verna.ch).
June 15 – 19, 2011, Stand E3
“Four Towers Structure” by Sol LeWitt (1928-2007), a major work by the artist from the last year of his life, forms the central focus of our 2011 exhibition at Art 42. As both a structure and network, the “grid” thus offers a discrete defining theme for our carefully conceived presentation.
We look forward to welcoming you at our usual location at stand E3 on the ground floor with a show of selected works by the gallery’s artists, whose exceptional quality we are particularly proud of.
Fred Sandback (1943-2003) is represented at the Art Unlimited show with a large-scale work from his estate, installed and curated by Amy Baker Sandback. This project was made possible by David Zwirner Gallery New York, and Annemarie Verna Galerie Zurich.
On Saturday, June 12, and Sunday, June 13, the gallery will be open in Zurich. We would be glad to welcome you between 11:00am and 4:00pm.
“Manifold” is a group exhibition with many important works.
